Printed on demand, made for your order

Every HOODED piece is printed on demand. Nothing sits in a warehouse: we start making your order after you place it. Please allow a few days for your order to be printed, finished and checked for quality before it ships.

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we deliver to. There is no minimum spend. The delivery destinations available to you are shown at checkout.

Delivery within 14 days

Your order will be delivered within 14 days of the day you place it. This includes the time needed to print, quality-check and ship your pieces.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, contact us with your order number so we can check its status and put it right.

Your shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Because production starts soon after you order, contact us promptly if it needs correcting so we can check whether a change is still possible.

Help with your delivery

For a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact HOODED with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of any damage or incorrect item can help us investigate. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
