Made for your order

HOODED T-shirts and hoodies are made to order. We begin making your pieces after your order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 days

Please allow an estimated 5–7 days from order confirmation to delivery. This timeframe includes both making your products and shipping them to you.

Delivery dates are estimates. Production demand, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing, where applicable, can affect arrival times. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us so we can check its status and help resolve the delay.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available delivery destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting so we can check whether a change is still possible.

Help with your delivery

For a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact HOODED with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of any damage or incorrect item can help us investigate. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
